1958 Editora Aquarela #10 – Black Number – Nilton Santos – SGC A

The 1958 Aquarela set was issued in Brazil in celebration of Brazil’s world cup victory. The set is one of Pele’s most famous rookie cards (see Encyclopedia entry here).

The other members of the winning world cup squad, including Nilton Santos were also featured. Nilton was a prominent player and teammate on the 1958 World Cup winning team, including scoring a goal against Austria to help them win that game.
